Milli founded the Positive Birth meetings which was a grassroots movement that enabled women to get together all around the world and change the conversation around birth in a positive way and was the first pinnacle point to creating community and give a voice to women to share their stories.
Through Milli's best selling books, including 'The Positive Birth Book' and 'Give Birth like a Feminist' Milli has revolutionised the conversation around birth, advocating for informed choice, bodily autonomy, and respectful maternity care. Her work has sparked crucial discussions and fostered positive change in maternity services across the globe.
Milli has also written an awesome book called 'My Period' which aims to inform and educate pre-teen girls about their changing bodies, to cycle awareness and positivity around menstruation.
